Symptoms

Either of the following errors may be seen in the alert log: 
     ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [kxfqenq1], [], [], [], [], [], [], [] 
     ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [kxfqgky]

The call stack can look like this: 
     kxfqenq kauXtq1Enq kauXtqEnq kxibDoFinish kxibFinish qerusFetch qertqoFetch ...

The SQL which raises the error is a merge statement issued in parallel on a partitioned table.
