ORA-00600:[EVAPLS1] Seen From DP EXPORT after apply of JAN2008CPU or Windows Bundle15

This problem can occur on any platform.


This article is written specifically for 600[EVAPLS1] when seen in conjunction with a DataPump EXPORT.  At the time of writing the error/issue seems most prevalent on Windows Platforms but
the bugs leading to the issue are Generic and will be explained.

The following conditions will be seen :-

a) ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [evapls1], [], [], [], [], []

The above error will be seen in the alert log

b) Current SQL statement for this session will be similar to :-

createFormat2('PACKAGE_BODY_T', '7')), KU$.OBJ_NUM ,KU$.SCHEMA_OBJ.NAME ,KU$.
