Purpose

The purpose of this document is to assist with troubleshooting in cases where during normal activity such as exports, imports, migration, or any process which runs SYS packages the following types of errors may be seen.

ORA-4043 "object %s does not exist"
ORA-4045 "errors during recompilation/revalidation of %s.%s"
ORA-4063 "%s has errors"
ORA-6508 "PL/SQL: could not find program unit being called%s"

You may also see invalid SYS objects in the dba_objects view and running utlrp.sql does not resolve these problems.
