Symptoms
Database had lots of I/O, receiving the following error messages:
Encountered disk I/O error 19502
ORA-19502: write error on file "\\SRVPTCTA507\ARCHIVES\COMIT9I1_1824.DBF", blockno 6145 (blocksize=512)
ORA-27070: skgfdisp: async read/write failed
OSD-04016: Error queuing an asynchronous I/O request.
O/S-Error: (OS 64) The specified network name is no longer available.
