Goal

The input files you want to load are written in following format:

-- File A.DAT
"2008-02-14-19.25.00.000000",1,"Line 1"
"2008-02-14-19.25.00.000000",2,"Line 2"
"2008-02-14-19.25.00.000000",3,"Line 3"
"2008-02-14-19.25.00.000000",4,"Line 4"

-- File B.DAT
"2008-03-05-04.20.30.000000",5,"Line 5"
"2008-03-05-04.20.30.000000",6,"Line 6"
"2008-03-05-04.20.30.000000",7,"Line 7"
"2008-03-05-04.20.30.000000",8,"Line 8"

The particularity here is that file A.DAT comes from timezone UTC/GMT and file B.DAT from another time zone, for example US/Eastern (-05:00). You would like to store this additional information in first field during load.
