Symptoms
When performing administrative actions in Oracle Streams in Oracle Server version 9.2, processes seem to hang. At some point a user process is killed manually at the OS level. An ORA-00600 [ksrchreset1] error is then observed in the alert log and the PMON process terminates the instance.
