This problem can occur on any platform.
- ORA-600  is produced for an INSERT statement into a table that contains a LOB segment column. Example:
ORA-600 , ,  is produced and the trace file shows:
INSERT INTO LOB_NAME (FILE_DATA) VALUES ...
Where FILE_DATA is a BLOB column
The top call stack contain function ktspgfblk indicating that the error is reported when Oracle is searching information for a Level 1 (L1) bitmap block in the LOB segment. Example:

dbverify may report corruption for a L1 block related to the lob segment. Example:

Completely zero block found during dbv
An export of the table that contains the LOB segment column does not fail. Example:
