Spatial index creation is failing with following error -
SQL> CREATE INDEX PARCEL_SIDX ON PARCEL(GEOMETRY)
INDEXTYPE IS MDSYS.SPATIAL_INDEX;
CREATE INDEX PARCEL_SIDX ON PARCEL(GEOMETRY)
