Full database export fails with ORA-7445; EXP-00008; ORA-03113; ORA-01041 after upgrade of OS from 32bit to 64bit.
Reported errors while performing a export:
EXP-00008: ORACLE error 3113 encountered
ORA-03113: end-of-file on communication channel
EXP-00008: ORACLE error 1041 encountered
ORA-01041: internal error. hostdef extension doesn't exist
EXP-00000: Export terminated unsuccessfully
Found in alert log.
ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [00000001021A6648] [SIGSEGV] [Address not mapped to object] [0x000000028]  
The OS was converted from 32bit to 64bit along with the database
