What could cause an RMU/BACKUP/AFTER to report messages like:

%RMU-I-AIJBCKSEQ, backing up after-image journal sequence number 35
%RMU-I-LOGBCKAIJ, backing up after-image journal RDB$JOURNAL at 19:48:45.02
%RMU-I-LOGCREAIJ, created after-image journal file DISK$DATA:[xxx.xxx]xxxx.AIJ;33
%RMU-I-AIJNOBACKUP, AIJ contains no transactions that qualify for backup
%RMU-I-LOGDELAIJ, deleted temporary after-image journal file DISK$DATA:[xxx.xxx]xxx.AIJ;33
%RMU-I-OPERNOTIFY, system operator notification: Oracle Rdb V7.0-73 Database xxxx:[xxx]xxx.RDB;1 Event Notification
AIJ backup operation completed
