Symptoms
After successful application of a patch that re-links the LIBCLNTS module to a 10.2.0.3 Client-only installation, an attempt to execute SQLPLUS fails with U4038 abend and/or a message of the following form:CEE3561S External function MICClearScreen was not found in DLL LIBCLNTS.
