Symptoms
Distributed Queries can sometimes return different results in consecutive runs, even when the base tables have not changed during the query executions.
The problem can appear in normal queries, when using views, materialized views refresh or any other operations using distributed queries. They are all the result of the same cause.
This can appear as a bug at first look, but is actually the expected behavior.
