This error was observed on Oracle

Errors in the alert log:
ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [qkacon:FJfsrwo], [7], [], [], [], [], [], []

The trace file gives a failing SELECT statement using CONNECT BY PRIOR with an ORDER BY .. DESC clause:
