Symptoms
When a query executes in the context of a READ ONLY transaction, the query runs for just under 5 minutes and returns 24,149 rows. When the exact same query runs in the context of a READ WRITE transaction, the query runs for over 7 hours and eventually aborts with an EXQUOTA error.
