Dbca Fails With ORA-19624 Creating A Database Using Template That Contains Data (Doc ID 578830.1)

Symptoms

Creating a new database in DBCA using a Template that was created from an existing database, using structure as well as data, fails with the following errors:

ORACLE instance started.
Total System Global Area 524288000 bytes
Fixed Size 1291552 bytes
Variable Size 150997728 bytes
Database Buffers 369098752 bytes
Redo Buffers 2899968 bytes
