Enterprise Users Intermittently Hang on Connection (Doc ID 579190.1)

Enterprise users hang

Symptoms

Enterprise users intermittently hang on connection, no error is reported.Once the hang has occurred, dropping and re-creating the user is the only option to allow the same user name to work. Stopping and restarting the database does not help.
