Symptoms
Attempting to run a .NET application on a 64 bit Operating System that has 32 bit Oracle client software installed results in the following error:
"Could not load file or assembly 'Oracle.DataAccess, Version=2.102.2.20,
Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=89b483f429c47342' or one of its dependencies.
The system cannot find the file specified."
