The following query returns one row
select * from q.staff@DB2X_MKU WHERE NAME='JAMES';
But when setting the following NLS values the query is transformed and sent to DB2 without the
where clause in it:
ALTER SESSION SET NLS_COMP=LINGUISTIC;
ALTER SESSION SET NLS_SORT=BINARY_CI;
Then select * from q.staff@DB2X_MKU WHERE NAME='JAMES';
becomes that through the gateway :
select NAME from q.staff
Impacting very badly the performances.
