DBAUD Collector For a 9i Database Cannot Be Started (Doc ID 601561.1)

Symptoms

The DBAUD collector cannot be started after refreshing the warehouse. It crashes immediately after running the start command.This colleactor is meant to collect data from a 9.2.0.8 source database. The problem occurs only if fine grained auditing is used in the source database.
