Goal

Following a database upgrade from 10.2.0.x to greater than 10.2.0.x, the following OLAP components from dba_registry reflect either a status of 'OPTION OFF' or 'NO SCRIPT':

OLAP Catalog 10.2.0.3.0 NO SCRIPT
OLAP Analytic Workspace 10.2.0.3.0 NO SCRIPT
Oracle OLAP API 10.2.0.3.0 NO SCRIPT
