Symptoms

Upon upgrading the database  from 10.2.0.x to 10.2.0.3 OR installing any Oracle OLAP 10.2.0.3 patch, the OLAP API is being reported as INVALID when the dba registry is queried:


All post install scripts associated with the patches have been executed and there is no change in the status of the Oracle OLAP API.
