Symptoms
Multiple instance failures with ORA-7445s signalled in various areas of code, together with OS resource errors and ORA-4030 errors such as:
ORA-04030: out of process memory when trying to allocate 17024 bytes (pga heap,kgh stack)
ORA-04030: out of process memory when trying to allocate 32848 bytes (pga heap,kgh stack)
and
ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [ksmnfy2], [], [], [], [], [], [], []
ORA-27300: OS system dependent operation:lgrp_init failed with status: 11
ORA-27301: OS failure message: Resource temporarily unavailable
ORA-27302: failure occurred at: skgsnmypg1
