PLSQL WRAP Utility Changes the Comment Lines Inside the PLSQL Code (Doc ID 604234.1)

Symptoms

While trying to wrap PLSQL code which has comments above CREATE PROCEDURE statement, the wrap utility deletes some comment lines which causes the entire procedure to be commented.
