ORA-7445 [kcmstn] When Executing Alter System Kill Session (Doc ID 604511.1)

Symptoms

A core dump is generated running the statement
              alter system kill session ''sid, serial#';
through a plsql procedure.

In the trace file is reported:
  ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [kcmstn()+4] [SIGSEGV] [Address not mapped to
                        object] [0x300000008] [] []
