"Sskgpgetexecname Failed To Get Name" Message Appears in Alert.log File

Symptoms
In database log file version 10.2.0.4, (alert.log) appears the following message, however in previous versions it does not.
Example :
ALTER DATABASE DISMOUNT
Completed: ALTER DATABASE DISMOUNT
ARCH: Archival disabled due to shutdown: 1089
Shutting down archive processes
Archiving is disabled
Archive process shutdown avoided: 0 active
ARCH: Archival disabled due to shutdown: 1089
Shutting down archive processes

sskgpgetexecname failed to get name <--------- the following message appears since 10.2.0.4
