Symptoms

Private synonyms are defined for PLSQL packages

Calls to the packages may fail with:

ORA-04065 "not executed, altered or dropped %s"
ORA-06508 "PL/SQL: could not find program unit being called"

Or other similar issues such as:

PLS-00907: cannot load library unit XXXXX.XXXXX (referenced by )
