ORA-00600 [723] with Flashback Database enable (Doc ID 605185.1)

Symptoms

Changes

Issue may occur when database is enabled as flashback database. Flashback database can be verified by executing:

SQL> select FLASHBACK_ON from v$database;

If the query returns FLASHBACK_ON = 'YES' then flashback database is active.
