Goal

A SQL Services service fails to start.

SHOW SERVICE from SQLSRV_MANAGEnn shows it to be in the FAILED state.

The SQL Services monitor log, SYS$MANAGER:SQS_node_SQLSRV_MON_nn.LOG, contains a SQLSRV-E-EXECSTARTFAIL error for that service.
