Symptoms

In the event that an "RDMS-F-AIJJRNBSY, journal is busy and cannot be backed up" error occurs while the ABS process is running, it is necessary to run a manual RMU/BACKUP/AFTER_JOURNAL command in order to successfully backup the after-image journal file.
