Goal

The following command file demonstrates:

  1. Enabling after-image journaling on an Rdb database using a single extensible journal
  2. Backing up the database
  3. Backing up multiple AIJ files
  4. Restoring a corrupt database
  5. Applying the AIJ files to the restored database
Note: Prior to Oracle Rdb 7.0 the /JUST_CORRUPT qualifier for RMU/RESTORE and RMU/RECOVER was /JUST_PAGES.
