Executing UTLRP Generates ORA-07445 [psdmsc.c: spawned type invalid] and/or ORA-07445 [4882] (Doc ID 726623.1)

Symptoms

When trying to execute UTLRP after a database upgrade, it fails with the following errors in the alert log : 

ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [4882], [0x64FE9580], [0x585CFF30], [0x66D7ED20], []ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [psdmsc.c: spawned type invalid], [], [], [], [], [],[], []


From the trace file, you can see that the error is raised trying to compile a system generated type : 

ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [4882], [0x64FE9580], [0x585CFF30], [0x66D7ED20], [],
Current SQL statement for this session:
ALTER TYPE "CO"."SYS_PLSQL_54318_469_1" COMPILE SPECIFICATION REUSE SETTINGS
