ORA-00600 [Ktftreuse-2] When Running AWRRPT.SQL or DBMS_ADVISOR (Doc ID 728072.1)

Symptoms

The following error appears in the alert.log when running $ORACLE_HOME/rdbms/admin/awrrpt.sql (AWR report) or DBMS_ADVISOR.execute(...) or  DBMS_ADVISOR.GET_TASK_REPORT(...) 

ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [ktftreuse-2], [122], [77], [], [], [], [], []

Call stack in associated trace file shows:

ktftfilereuse ktftreuse ktfttgex ktstallocext ktstgrowseg ktstadr_addextent ktrsexec ktstcrtobj ktacrss ktatcreate kdlt_add_dso_link kdlt_createtemp kokltcr kokltcc koltitcr kolttcr koklc_createtemp  kole_templob_init <- kole_ba2l pfrcvfc_format_conversion 

Trace file shows that tablespace in question can be identified and that tablespace is the temporary tablespace.

Attempt to rebuild the bitmaps on the tablespace using dbms_space_admin results in an error:
