Symptoms
The following error appears in the alert.log when running $ORACLE_HOME/rdbms/admin/awrrpt.sql (AWR report) or DBMS_ADVISOR.execute(...) or DBMS_ADVISOR.GET_TASK_REPORT(...)
ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [ktftreuse-2], [122], [77], [], [], [], [], []
Call stack in associated trace file shows:

Trace file shows that tablespace in question can be identified and that tablespace is the temporary tablespace.
Attempt to rebuild the bitmaps on the tablespace using dbms_space_admin results in an error:
