ORA-07445 [peircmov] when using a nested ref cursor (Doc ID 729534.1)

This problem can occur on any platform.


If returning a refcursor from a function, which is invoked from an EXECUTE IMMEDIATE block and
the refcursor is a DEFINE item in that function, an ORA-07445 crash may be experienced with top argument [peircmov].
