Symptoms
'MISSING Streams multi-version data dictionary' messages reported after a Streams set up.
A previous Streams environment was cleaned out before being set up again.
The previous setup was cleaned out using :
These messages appears when the Apply process is started.
The correct procedural steps were used to set up Streams, ie the same
scripts were used and it is also observed that the errors are not
observed when the relevant Apply database is bounced.
