Streams
Dropped a Streams negative propagation ruleset while propagation was running, now receiving the
following errors in qmn worker:
ORA-04063: STRMADMIN.STREAMS_QUEUE_GINA_CP has errors
The propagation cannot be stopped due to this error message.
Using the steps in <Note 368237.1> for validating the queue did not help.
