Create Database Hangs on Solaris 10 using Network Attached Storage (Doc ID 730922.1)

Symptoms

- Creating database on Solaris 10 with NFS or Netapp storage can hang. Creating a similar instance on local storage will complete successfully

- Taking  systemstate dump will show no blocking processes

- mount opotions for the nfs device shows correct settings
rw,bg,hard,nointr,rsize=32768,wsize=32768,tcp,noac,forcedirectio, vers=3,suid
