Symptoms

You have applied <patch 6023472> or any of the other patches that introduce the DBMS_AUDIT_MGMT package for the first time but then you want to do a rollback, however there is no proper procedure for reverting the changes to the data dictionary. The deinstallation instructions in the associated READMEs may instruct to run some scripts (?/rdbms/admin/catamgt.sql, ?/rdbms/admin/dbmsamgt.sql, ?/rdbms/admin/prvtamgt.plb) but these files will not exist after a rollback with opatch.

As of database version 11.1.0.7 the DBMS_AUDIT_MGMT is part of the installed pl/sql packages and so it cannot be de-installed anymore.

Changes

You want to de-install the DBMS_AUDIT_MGMT package rolling back any patch that installed it such as Patch 6023472.
