ASM instance crashes when virtual CPUs are added to Solaris zone (Doc ID 731415.1)

Dynamically adding more virtual CPUs to a Solaris zone crashes the ASM instance with the following errors in the ASM alert file:

Detected CPU count 29 higher than the allowed maximum (18), capped
(3 times CPU count at instance startup)
