This document has been created to provide a simple and straight forward example for a remote
Materialized View based on the ROWID option and the possibility to have an index on the mview.
This Note also provides an example of how to run a FAST refresh of this mview.
Note the ROWID option is used as there is no Primary Key Index on the master table.
