You see this error in your alert log.:
ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [0000000101DEC3CC] [SIGSEGV] [Address not mapped to object] [0x3301000000000000] [] []

it may be accompanied by ORA-4031

Users may be unable to login.

You may see some or all of the following function codes in the stack trace portion of your trace file.
