ORA-600[12333] and ORA-7445 Errors Cause Instance Crash When DBMS_LDAP is Used (Doc ID 733936.1)

Symptoms

The following errors are seen in the alert log:
      ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [12333], [4], [0], [0], [], [], [], []
      ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump ... [Address not mapped to object]

The stack for the ora-600[12333] can be similar to the following:
      ksesic3 opitsk opiino opiodr opidrv sou2o main

The stack for the ora-7445 can be similar to the following:
      lxhcsn opiino opiodr opidrv sou2o main start

The database uses DBMS_LDAP.

These errors can cause instance termination.
