Symptoms

On 10.3.0.1.
When attempting to Synchronize, the following error occurs:

-- Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Configure the External Authentification
2. Install the Mobile Client for Win32
3. Synchronize until that the error occurs.
