The alert log shows ORA-600  and/or ORA-600 [kgh*]/[[kksCallPopCallback] errors when executing a query, e.g.:
ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [kghfrh:ds], [0x2A9733DF18], , , , , , 
ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [kksCallPopCallback], , , , , , , 
ORA-7445 [KKEIDC] Errors when running the SQL Access Advisor's index advisor (DBMS_ADVISOR)
The call stack for the ORA-600  error may resemble one of the following:
with corruption occurring in the "kxs-heap-c" heap.
with the corruption occurring in the "top call heap" heap.
