CDC Error ORA-31462 Even After Applied Fix For Bug:6600258 (Doc ID 734691.1)

CDC Setup in RAC 10.2.0.3. You are getting ORA-31462 even after you have applied the one-off <patch 6600258> which is supposed to fix this problem. You confirmed that CDC Apply process is up and running.
