Symptoms

This works in 10.1.0.5 and breaks in 10.2.0.4:

Trying to apply a stylesheet to an XMLinstance using xmltransform in
a select statement we get error:

select xmltransform(xmltype('<?xml version="2.0" encoding="UTF-8" standalone="yes"?>
<service>
<serviceHeader>
..</serviceResponse>
</serviceBody>
</service>'),XSLT_DOC)
from OCC_REMARK_XSLT
WHERE XSLT_REC_ID=401
/



ERROR:
ORA-31011: XML parsing failed
ORA-19202: Error occurred in XML processing
LPX-00605: Invalid attribute 'name' in element 'apply-templates'.
