Symptoms
On 10.2.0.2 database instances running on HP-UX Itanium (ia64), ORA-7445 dumps sometimes come with ORA-81 errors of the form :-
ORA-81: address range [<num1>, <num2>] is not readable
Some Customers have also seen ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [kjpsod1], []
being reported.
