Diskgroup Mount Fails With ORA-15096 After Node Reboot (Doc ID 737010.1)

After node reboot following diskgroup mount on ASM instance was unsuccessful with following errors

ERROR at line 1:
ORA-15032: not all alterations performed
ORA-15096: lost disk write detected
