Purpose

This meta link note discusses a way by which the storage characteristics of tables / schemas within a logical standby database can be changed
without impact to the primary database. The note does require that the logical standby database will lag the primary database at times, so this needs
to be considered when deciding if reporting operations can be directed to the logical standby database.
