ORA-7445 KGGHASH Error With Literal Replacement Enabled (Doc ID 740128.1)

Symptoms

Error with literal replacement enabled:

ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [kgghash()+60] [SIGSEGV] [unknown code]
[0x8000000100200001] [] []

It happens using literal replacement (CURSOR_SHARING=FORCE | SIMILAR).
