ORA-26687 No Instantiation Scn Provided When a Child Table in parent/child relationship is dropped (Doc ID 740793.1)

Symptoms

Apply process fails with error ORA-26687: no instantiation SCN provided when dropping child table at source database. The child table is not dropped at the destination.

Recycle-bin feature is disabled.

Apply process do not find any problem when dropping a table without parent/child relationship

This only happens in a Streams environment with 2 capture and 2 propagation from the same source database to the same destination database (2 apply). Each capture replicates changes in different schemas with different table
